Sven Hoffman, the program manager of the Swiss National Work and Health Program, found himself grappling with an outdated and burdensome assessment process. As Sven put it, "From the students' perspective, that was a little bit overwhelming with writing essays, 20-30 pages each. Sven explained, "We use ProProfs Quiz for the pre-assignment phase. So this is for the online or the distance phase of the teaching. So we have an individual level on the students and gives the students what they really need to perform to develop," Sven added.
